Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Withdrawal/Deposit: Responsible for withdrawal/deposit of cash, cheques, foreign exchanges, etc.
  2. Demand Draft: Issuing and cancellation of own draft as per customer’s choice.
  3. Term Deposit: Opening of new fixed deposits.
  4. Recurring Deposit: Opening new recurring deposit and making payment for premature recurring deposits.
  5. GIFT: Input the GIFT entries after verifying the GIFT form/letters.
  6. Standing Instructions: Input of SI received from customers.
  7. Cash: Maintain proper record of all documents and cash registers.
  8. Cheque payment & Cheque images received through MPAY: Validating the Cheque and the signature, make the payment or credit the account as per customer requirement.
  9. KYC Requirement: Ensure the KYC norms are being followed and customer have filled the relevant details.
  10. Customer Service: Substitute for customer service. Attend the Customer for opening of new accounts.
  11. Others: Any Other functions/tasks assigned by the supervisor and Management in the interest of the Bank.

Primary Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
*The applicants should have completed the education through regular class (distance education will not be accepted).
*The applicants should have completed their education from a school recognized by Bhutan Accreditation Council.
*There will be no rounding up of marks, the candidates should have exact 60% in order to qualify for the submission of the application.

● Minimum of 60% (English + Best four subjects) in Cl-X and Cl-XII

Selection Process

Shortlisting Criteria;

● All applicants meeting the primary eligibility criteria shall be shortlisted for the interview and aptitude test in the ratio of 1:6 (for every slot, 6 candidates shall be shortlisted for next round of selection i.e. the aptitude and the interview)
● 50% of Cl-XII and 50% of Cl-X shall be taken into account when shortlisting.

Selection Criteria:
● Academic Marks- 25% of Cl-XII and 20% of Cl-X
● Aptitude Test - 30%
● Viva Interview - 25%
